Key Responsibilities

1.Assist the Secretary for secretarial work and manage administrative work for Board of Governors (BoG) and its University Development Committee, College Council, and administer relevant specific projects as needed
2.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements 
3.Assist in development and review of the College’s Strategic Plan; Oversee the organization of annual planning retreat 
4.Check the draft annual report and plan documents of academic support and administrative units submitted to Senior Management Team (SMT) and BoG 
5.Check the draft KPI data report and analyses submitted to SMT and BoG 
6.Prepare the operational plans of academic support and administrative units if required
7.Manage centralized registers including regulatory document register, Forms Register
8.Organise occasional ceremonies and events
9.Ensure updating for the related College webpages 
10.Perform staff supervision
11.Other duties as assigned if needed

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Requirement of Education: A Master’s degree or above
2. Expected working experience (year): 7 years
3. Professional Skill (if any): Chartered Secretary or Chartered Governance Professional
4. Personal Skill: Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, meticulous

Ng Teng Fong. Sino Group Belt and Road Research Institute

Key Responsibilities

· To provide professional administrative support for the two Master Programmes of the Institute;

· To provide administrative support in student activities and other matters related to the Institute;

· To plan, co-ordinate and organize students study tours, seminars and events or other activities of the Institute;

· To plan and implement marketing and promotional activities for all programmes of the Institute;

· To provide secretarial service to committees and meetings;

· To supervise junior staff in programme administration and related activities;

· To liaise with internal departments, offices and external organizations for various events and activities; and

· To perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Institute or his delegate.

Skills and Qualifications:

· A recognized degree with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification administration and managerial experience;

· A strong problem-solving and leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently;

· An excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

· An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluency in English and Putonghua is required; and

· Good in computer literacy, including Chinese word processing.
