Key Responsibilities |
· To provide professional administrative support for the two Master Programmes of the Institute; · To provide administrative support in student activities and other matters related to the Institute; · To plan, co-ordinate and organize students study tours, seminars and events or other activities of the Institute; · To plan and implement marketing and promotional activities for all programmes of the Institute; · To provide secretarial service to committees and meetings; · To supervise junior staff in programme administration and related activities; · To liaise with internal departments, offices and external organizations for various events and activities; and · To perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Institute or his delegate. |
Skills and Qualifications: |
· A recognized degree with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification administration and managerial experience; · A strong problem-solving and leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently; · An excellent communication and interpersonal skills; · An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in English and Putonghua is required; and · Good in computer literacy, including Chinese word processing. |
