On 2 September 2025, Hong Kong Chu Hai College held its Undergraduate Orientation Day. All freshmen and guests wore turquoise orientation T-shirts, showcasing vibrant energy and unity.
Ms. Jane Zhang, Interim President, Prof. Hon S. Chan, Vice President (Academic & Research) and Prof. Robert Li, Associate Vice President (Academic & Research), attend the ceremony and expressed a warm welcome to the new students. In her address, Interim President Ms. Jane Zhang encouraged students with heartfelt and inspiring words to cherish every moment, bravely try new things, and fully explore their interests without excessive worry about the future. She urged freshmen to embrace the infinite possibilities of their new lives with an open mind.

Following this, representatives from various units provided an overview of learning resources and support services, including the Student Admissions and Administration Office, Educational Technology Services Office, Library, and Student Affairs Unit, offering comprehensive assistance to help new students adapt to campus life.
The Student Affairs Unit organized a finale game "Campus Hunt". Freshmen were divided into groups to explore different corners of campus, solving puzzles and overcoming challenges through teamwork. This not only deepened their mutual understanding but also fostered a spirit of cooperation, while familiarizing them with the learning environment of the College.
The entire event concluded successfully amidst laughter and interaction, marking a promising beginning for the new academic year.
