HKCHC and ISC Paris Sign Collaboration Agreement to Advance DBA Development

On 10 June 2025, Hong Kong Chu Hai College (HKCHC) and ISC Paris Business School (ISC Paris) signed a cooperation agreement to jointly advance the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme.

In a significant advancement of academic collaboration, Prof. Jean Christophe Hauguel, President of the ISC Paris Business School, accompanied by Mr. Wang Wei, Executive President of the Europe-China Commercial Union, visited Hong Kong Chu Hai College to formalize the partnership. The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Zhang Junxi, Dean of the Faculty of Business, along with Dr. Frank Saunders Jr., representative of the International Affairs Office, Dr. Leung Wing Fai, Head of the Department of Business Administration, and Dr. Kong Xiaowei, Head of the Department of Finance. They toured campus facilities including the History Gallery, Financial Innovation Laboratory, Library, and Gymnasium, gaining insights into the College's history and organizational structure.

The signing ceremony held in the Kong Ho Pak Boardroom and hosted by Prof. Zhang Junxi. Key representatives included Ms. Jane Zhang, Interim President of HKCHC,Prof. Robert Li, Associate Vice President (Academic), Mr. Yilin Xie, Director of Development, Dr. Frank Saunders Jr., Dr. Leung Wing Fai and Dr. Kong Xiaowei.

Prof. Zhang Junxi reflected on the collaborative efforts made since 2023. Dr. Leung Wing Fai elaborated on the DBA collaboration, which encompasses the development of joint academic programs, including a DBA dual degree programme, short-term study or internship opportunities for students, exchanges in teaching and research, and sharing of educational resources.

Interim President Ms. Jane Zhang emphasized that in today's rapidly evolving global business landscape, the demand for business leaders with both in-depth academic foundations and practical strategic acumen has never been greater. Partnering with the prestigious ISC Paris, a renowned institution with triple crown international accreditations, is a response to this critical need. By combining ISC’s excellence in business education with our College’s unique insights into the local and regional business ecosystems, we will generate powerful synergy.

President Hauguel expressed his admiration for the College’s historical legacy and emphasized the importance of the cooperation, stating he has full confidence in its future success. Interim President Ms. Jane Zhang and President Hauguel signed the cooperation agreement, marking the official commencement of the collaborative journey between HKCHC and ISC Pairs.
