‘Furniture for Sitting’ Design Project Exhibition is featured at G/F Foyer from 28 Oct to 13 Nov 2019. The exhibition displays B.Sc (Hons) in Architecture Year 1 students’ endeavour to design a chair for sitting and taking a rest. This is their first design project and it required them to have a full range of design experience from literature review, ergonometric investigation, material appreciation, jointing details down to a 1:1 construction product.  The exhibition not only displays the furniture, but also presentation panels that document design concept, trial models, mock-ups and construction process.
