Mr. Lam Kwong Siu is the former Vice Chairman of BOC International, Senior Advisor of BOC International, Chief President of the Cross-Strait Peaceful Development Federation, Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Fujian Associations, Life Honorary Chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce of Hong Kong, Advisor to the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese Bankers Club of Hong Kong, Life Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Fukien Chamber of Commerce, and holds other positions.

Mr. Lam received the “World Outstanding Chinese Award” in 2008, was awarded “BOC Global Star” in 2022, received the 5th Global Outstanding Award for “Meritorious Service to the Nation” in 2024, and was awarded the “12th Hong Kong Stocks Top 100 Outstanding Contribution Award” in 2026.

Mr. Lam was the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Deputy to the 10th National People’s Congress. In 2003, he was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He subsequently received the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2016 and the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2026.

Mr. Lam currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Governors of Hong Kong Chu Hai College.
