Mr. Glen Ho is Southern Region Financial Advisory Leader of Deloitte. He has provided Financial Advisory Services and Crisis Management to various stakeholders on special/ distress situations as trusted business advisors and has provided practical solutions to complex cross-border issues in the areas of Financial Advisory including Operational and Corporate Restructuring, Capital and Debt Restructuring, securing interim and or alternative financing and or securing white knights, negotiating with offshore and onshore lenders and formulating a viable restructuring plan by way of Scheme of Arrangement and or under PRC Bankruptcy Restructuring Laws, Resumption of Trading in the Shares of Companies Listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Liquidation, Floating and Fixed Charge Receivership, Financial Review, Cash Monitoring, Closure Management, Distressed M&A, Assets Tracing & Recovery for over 25 years.

 

Glen, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from DePaul University in the United States, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a member of INSOL International and a Fellow of CPA Australia. Glen is a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency Faculty Executive Committee of HKICPA. He was awarded the Specialist Designation (Insolvency) by the HKICPA. Glen is one of the appointment takers of the Firm and is a member of the Administrative Panel of Insolvency Practitioners for Court Winding-up (Panel A Scheme). He is a member of the College Council and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Chu Hai College of Higher Education.
