Journalism Students Say Thank You to a Mentor

Mr. Samuel Tsang (R4), Executive Director and General Manager of Hong Kong Cable Enterprises Ltd, meets our students every week.

Having been given chances to get to know how work and life are like, five students of the journalism department thank their mentor for taking care of them very nice.

Mr. Samuel Tsang, Executive Director and General Manager of Hong Kong Cable Enterprises Ltd, has been invited as a mentor to share his work and his life with our students.

The Journalism and Communication Department launched a pilot scheme of mentorship programme last October with an objective to usher students to get acquainted to professionalism, work ethics and adult life so as enable them to further develop an all-round ability with a view of life.

There were five students chosen to take part in the pilot scheme, among whom three major in Journalism, one major in Advertising and PR, another one major in Crossmedia.

Mr. Tsang commented that the five students worked and interacted well with him and his staff at I-Cable.
