The Common Room (D101b) is located on 1/F in the Student Dormitory. Opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. daily.
Communal facilities and equipment are available for resident use in the Common Room, including a digital TV, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a drinking fountain, a vending machine, chess and card games. Please keep the room clean and tidy and reinstate after use.
Washing and Drying
The Laundry Room (D101a) is located on the 1/F in the Student Dormitory. Opening hours of washing and drying are between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. daily.

Residents shall be considerate of others when using the refrigerators in pantries and the Common Room. Please use a container to pack the food and label your food with your room no., and name. Residents are responsible for disposing any food in the refrigerator when expired. Under no circumstance the College shall be responsible for spoilage or loss of food.

Wi-Fi and Wired Internet Connection

Smart Card Add Value Service
Air-conditioning and Laundry Services: Using the Octopus Card or Cash to Add Value in your Smart Card.
Air-conditioners are installed in bedrooms. Residents can use their pre-paid Smart Card to use the air-conditioning service for their bedrooms. The unit rate is HK$2 per hour.
A Smart Meter System machine for air-conditioning consumption is installed in the pantry each floor. For details about using the Smart Meter System machine, please refer to the “Operation Procedure” posted in the pantry.
To save energy, residents are reminded to turn the air-conditioning off when leaving the bedroom for a long period of time.
Inbound mail will be distributed to the corresponding pigeon-hole mailbox at D101, Monday to Saturday (except school and public holidays).
To facilitate sorting of inbound mail, residents are encouraged to write their mailing address clearly in the format below:

For outbound mail, residents shall affix stamp(s) with correct postage and the sender’s address (with your room number of the Student Dormitory) on the back of the envelope. Residents can drop off mail at the service counter of the Registrar’s Office (E102). All mail found without proper postage and complete address will not be handled. The College has no responsibility of any loss of inbound and outbound mails for residents.
Residents shall directly handle their personal mail with courier services. No handling service will be provided by the College. For the collection of personal parcels, residents shall collect at the reception counter located at the entrance Foyer of G/F of West Wing.
The nearest post office, Tuen Mun Central Delivery Office, is located on 1/F, Rosedale Garden, 133 Castle Peak Road, San Hui, Tuen Mun.
