Priority Interview before HKDSE Release of Results & Free Coach to Chu Hai College on Results Release Day

Priority Interview

Chu Hai College of Higher Education will be setting up interview centres in various areas of Hong Kong on July 6, 7 and 9 to conduct priority interviews with DSE candidates who intend to apply to the College. Students can register for the interview at their own secondary schools, or online at https://goo.gl/forms/s5ZI6glaLdHMn1hK2. Details of the priority interview are as follows:

  1. Date: 6 July 2018 (Friday)
    Time: 2 - 5 p.m.
    Interview Centre Location: Catholic Ming Yuen Secondary School (Hau Tak Estate, Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon)
  2. Date: 7 July 2018 (Saturday)
    Time: 2 - 5 p.m.
    Interview Centre Location: HKFEW Wong Cho Bau Secondary School (Area 10, Phase 3, Fu Tung Estate, Tung Chung, Lantau Island, N.T.)
  3. Date: 9 July 2018 (Monday)
    Time: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
    Interview Centre Location: Yan Oi Tong Chan Wong Suk Fong Memorial Secondary School (2, Wong Yin Street, Tuen Mun, N.T.)
  4. Date: 9 July 2018 (Monday)
    Time: 2 - 5 p.m.
    Interview Centre Location: TWGHs Kwok Yat Wai College (3, Tsui Sing Road, Tiu Shui Wai, Yuen Long, N.T.)
  5. Date: 9 July 2018 (Monday)
    Time: 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
    Interview Centre Location: Carmel Bunnan Tong Memorial Secondary School (2, Wu King Estate, Tuen Mun, N.T.)

The $200 application fee will be waived for applicants who come for a priority interview. For those who pass the interview, a conditional offer [1] will be issued on the spot.

Notices for applicants:

1. For Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science and Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Architecture, applicants should apply through JUPAS (Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors Programme). For further details, please click here.

2. Please be punctual to attend the interview on your selected time & venue accordingly and bring in person the following documents:

A completed application form duly signed by the applicant (Click here to download)

One recent photo (photo size: 1 1/2 inch)

Hong Kong Identity Card and its photocopy

School academic results and certificates, public examination results, Student Learning Profile [SLP], and their photocopies

The recommendation letter from the applicant’s school (if applicable)

 

Free Coach to Chu Hai College on Results Release Day

The College will be arranging pick-up points in various areas of Hong Kong on the Results Release Day, and will provide a free coach service to the Chu Hai College campus in Tuen Mun. At the campus, students can inquire about and apply to various academic programmes, and will have the opportunity to be interviewed or to claim conditional offer. Seating is on a first come first serve basis. Details of the coach service are as follows:

[1] General Entrance Requirements that you will have to attain in the HKDSE for entry to the College are: Level 3 in English Language; Level 3 in Chinese Language; Level 2 in Mathematics; Level 2 in Liberal Studies; and Level 2 in ONE Elective Subjects.
