Course Brief and Objectives:
This course is structured to provide practical knowledge on construction project management, Building Ordinance & Regulations, building spatial planning and design, and construction management. The process and workflow of building projects in the areas of planning, design and construction will be demonstrated through case studies. This course is specially designed for project managers, engineers, architects, graduates and students in construction related fields. Planners, property managers, facility managers and real estate agents are also welcomed.
