Matching Grant Scheme (MGS)

On 24th February, Financial Secretary Mr. Tsang Chun-wah in his 2010-11 Budget proposed to allocate $1 billion to launch the fifth Matching Grant Scheme (MGS) to help the 12 degree-awarding institutions tap more funding sources to support institutional development.

As one of the 12 degree-awarding institutions in Hong Kong, our College welcomes the proposal and believes that the scheme can support our institutional development and foster our philanthropic culture.
