Mr. Kay graduated with a BSc(Eng) in Mechanical Engineering from
National Cheng Kung University of Taiwan in 1990 and received his
MSc(Eng) in Manufacturing Engineering and MSc in Information System
from the University of Liverpool and the University of Sunderland
in 1992 and 1994 respectively.
He is now a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science of Chu
Hai College and has been worked in our department since 1999. He
has taught course on Window Programming, Business Programming, Database
Design and Programming, Operating System and Computer Fundamentals.
His research interests are in Database and Neural network. His
personal interests are to do the sport and reading.
