Students will learn the major functions and characteristics of different
kinds of business information systems. Students after completing
this programme will understand more about the business needs, before
they start developing IT systems in the future.
Software Engineering and System Development
Students are trained to possess the knowledge of software engineering,
system analysis and implementation and the skills for problem solving,
analyzing, designing, and implementing skills for information management,
process design and project management, allowing them to become competent
in different stages of a software system development cycle.

they have to consolidate and apply knowledge and skills on IT and
business to develop systems which meet all possible user requirements.
Students possess practical experiences in developing information
systems from small transactional processing systems to large advanced
integrated enterprise-wide systems suitable for planning and analysis.
Students are required to take the final-year project in which customized
systems are developed for business corporations. This gives students
the opportunity to face the real users, to collect and to analyze
real user requirements. Furthermore, students will gain valuable
experience through team work, collaboration, problem solving, technical
skills and project management.

of the Global Enterprise
