BBA (Hons) in Business Information Systems Programme Accreditation

The Bachelor of Business Administraion (Hons) in Business Information Systems degree programme has been accredited by the Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation (HKCAA), which is fully recognized by the Hong Kong Government.

The Business Information Systems Programme

The Department of Management Information Systems aims to train specialists in information technology (IT) and the managers of tomorrow by blending two strategic disciplines into a single programme. It provides both IT and business training to give students a unique edge in their quest for business success, with particular emphasis in the Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific context.

The Business Information Systems (BIS) Department aims to equip students with essential knowledge to become BIS professionals for a wide range of career opportunities, in the fields of business and information technology, both in public and private sectors. The graduates possess in-depth knowledge in information systems and technology, together with a broad spectrum of knowledge including business, management, accounting, finance, logistics, social ethics, and general studies in their four-year studies.
