Successful Accreditation of a Professional Architecture Degree Programme Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) - BArch (Hons) in March 2006

In addition to the accredited BSc(Hons) in Architecture, a new professional architecture programme BArch(Hons) is recently accredited by the HKCAA in March 2006. The Department now offers two architecture degree programmes.

Thanks to the support of the alumni, student and staff, our Department has successful obtained the accreditation status of the new professional degree programme leading to the award of Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) - BArch(Hons), which will be fully recognized by the Hong Kong Government.

This professional degree programme in architecture is only one of the three degree programmes offered in Hong Kong by HKU, CU and Chu Hai.
