專 業 認 可 Professional Recognitions

本 系 課 程 設 計 有 助 學 生 取 得 專 業 團 體 的 認 可 ， 下 列 專 業 團 體 承 認 本 系 課 程 並 給 與 部 份 或 全 份 考 卷 科 目 豁 免 。

There are a number of professional bodies offering student membership to our students. Through participating in various professional activities, students can build up their confidence, professional connections and networks in the business community. The graduates of our Faculty of Commerce are also eligible for becoming members of some professional bodies. The College is actively seeking further recognition from professional bodies which include:

• The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Practising Accountants (HKICPA) with respect to the status of the accounting and banking subjects.
  
• Pre-approval status for exemptions from the following modules offered by the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (IFPHK) with corresponding subjects in the BBA (Hons) in Finance curriculum.

Furthermore, the curriculum also prepares students for the following professional examinations:

• Examination for Securities and Futures Intermediaries (LE) as organised by the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Examination.
